Building Tune-Ups Service Providers

The firms listed below provide operations and maintenance (building tune-up) services. Many have one or more staff that meet the requirements of the "Tune-Up Specialist" as defined by the Seattle Building Tune-Ups Director's Rule (PDF). Inclusion on this list is voluntary and does not represent an endorsement by Building Potential or the City of Seattle. This list is published for the convenience of building owners who must comply with the City of Seattle’s Municipal Code 22.930, Building Tune-Up requirement. It is the responsibility of the building owner to confirm that a hired Tune-Up Specialist meets all City qualifications.

For information on how to register as a Tune-Up Specialist, please visit the City of Seattle's website. If your firm is no longer listed as a tune-up service provider, you may need to have your tune-up specialist staff member complete the City’s mandatory tune-up training. Find information about the training on the City’s Building Tune-Up website.
