The Northwest Energy Efficiency Council (NEEC) is a business association of the energy efficiency industry. NEEC's mission is to promote energy efficiency policies, programs and technologies that create jobs and foster economic growth and environmental improvement.

About Kerry Meade, Executive Director
Kerry has ten years of experience in energy policy, efficiency program planning, implementation and evaluation, and strategic consulting to electric and gas utilities. She is passionate about supporting the efficiency industry to ensure a clear and beneficial future in the clean energy economy. Kerry joined the Northwest Energy Efficiency Council in fall of 2017 replacing its founder and previous executive director, Stan Price. Prior to joining NEEC, Kerry worked in energy efficiency program evaluation at EMI Consulting, a Seattle-based research and consulting firm, and was the Senior Manager in charge of planning and evaluation at CLEAResult, a national leader in energy efficiency program implementation. Kerry completed her master’s degree at Cornell University in Ithaca, NY and her bachelors at Seattle University.
