The Northwest Energy Efficiency Council (NEEC) is offering classroom trainings in February and March 2011 about the 2009 Washington State Non-Residential Energy Code (NREC). The new Code is now enforced state-wide effective January 1, 2011. Classes will be held in Everett, Vancouver, WA and in the Tri-cities area.
