BPA Administrator Announces Retirement

Steve Wright, BPA Administrator for the past 11 years, recently announced his retirement from public service effective January 2013. In one of the best and clearly most heartfelt retirement letters, Wright expressed his gratitude for a career in public service and an opportunity to work with a dedicated and talented staff at BPA.

WUTC Comment Period for Pacific Power's Conservation Goals

The WUTC has an open comment period until March 13th on Pacific Power's 10 year conservation achievable potential and its 2012-2013 conservation target (all of this being mandated by the I-937 statute). Comments may be submitted via the Commission's web portal at www.utc.wa.gov/e-filing.

BPA Announces Karen Meadows as Acting Vice President for Energy Efficiency

This week, BPA has selected Karen Meadows as Acting Vice President for Energy Efficiency. Karen comes to this position with a wealth of knowledge and experience in several leadership roles with both BPA's energy efficiency programs and the energy efficiency community as a whole. For those of you who don't know her, she has been Manager of WorkPlace Services (i.e. Facilities) for the past year, prior to that she was Director of Energy Services in BPA's Energy Efficiency organization.

Conduit Northwest - A Growing Company
