Energy Project, The

The Energy Project is a partnership project of the Washington Community Action Partnership (WACAP) and the Department of Community, Trade and Economic Development. Our primary goal is to encourage energy efficiency and bill assistance services for low-income households and to create a secure funding environment for their provision in Washington state.
