ecoFAB is a Seattle-based licensed general contractor providing energy audits, conservation retrofits, energy efficiency consulting, and weatherization for residential and small commercial customers. We take a “whole building” approach to identify and implement the most effective retrofits that will improve comfort, save energy and reduce utility bills for home owners, building owners and their tenants.

EcoFAB strives to be a community resource and partners with local municipalities, utilities, tribal communities and neighborhood programs in their energy efficiency efforts and to create green jobs. We participate in the City of Seattle’s Community Power Works Residential and Small Commercial auditing and retrofit programs as a High Roads Contactor and we are a Trade Ally for the Re-Power Bainbridge, Bremerton and Kitsap energy efficiency programs. EcoFAB is approved by PSE to conduct HomePrint Energy Assessments and by Seattle City Light to perform Energy Performance Score audits.
