WA State Energy Code Training - Bellingham, July 31, 2012

The Northwest Energy Efficiency Council is pleased to announce that we are offering focused topic trainings about the 2009 WA State Non‐Residential Energy Code (NREC) in various locations around the state this year. The City of Bellingham and Whatcom County are our hosts for the trainings serving Whatcom, Skagit and San Juan Counties.
