South Seattle Community College Georgetown Campus is offering a “Commercial Energy Auditing Parts 1 & 2" course on Monday & Wednesday evenings and some Saturdays starting February 22nd.

This course combines class and field study in order to teach the basics of successfully auditing a commercial facility for energy use. It includes curriculum that is certification-based for HVAC and lighting systems. The successful student will learn to assess and report on the status of energy use for simple commercial buildings, recommend a path forward for further investigation, and identify low/no cost upgrades and capital improvement projects.

Scholarships are available for all tuition, books and fees.
