The Northwest Power and Conservation Council has an opening for an energy analyst in the Council’s Power Planning Division. The position reports to the Director of Power Planning. The energy analyst assists in maintaining and updating the data bases used in the Council’s power planning and analysis, and helps coordinate inputs to the various Council planning models to ensure consistency and efficiency of data transfer. The energy analyst will also assist in evaluating and describing the results of models and analysis and gain experience in running models to provide backup for analytical tasks that require model analysis.
