The Northwest Power and Conservation Council has an opening for a conservation analyst to support the Regional Technical Forum (RTF) in the Council’s Power Planning Division. The position reports to the Manager of Conservation Resources and the Regional Technical Forum (RTF). This position provides technical expertise on energy efficiency measures and specifications, assists in the development and pursuance of the annual RTF work plan, manages and directs multiple, simultaneous subcommittees, manages RTF contractors and work products, represents the RTF in public appearances, and assists in the day-to-day operations of the RTF.
